My name is Amanda and I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Psychotherapist working in Fareham, Hampshire PO14. I also provide CBT online via Skype and video link.

I am also registered with Social Work England as a mental health social worker.

I have over 25 years experience working in Hampshire social services and in the NHS. My most recent post was as a senior psychotherapist and supervisor with an NHS Trust. In February 2019, I resigned from this post in order to focus fully on my work as an independent psychotherapist specialising in the cognitive behavioural therapies.

I am able to offer appointments to suit my clients' needs, including early mornings, evenings and weekends. Usually appointments are held in my office in Fareham, however if necessary I am able to see you in the comfort of your own home.

I am experienced in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders, low self esteem, clinical perfectionism, problematic grief amongst other difficulties. I have a particular interest in treating PTSD. My treatment is evidence based and in line with NICE guidance.
