My name is Becca and I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and supervisor. My clinics are held in Robertsbridge, East Sussex TN32. I also provide CBT online via Skype and video link.

I have worked in an NHS service for ten years and have experience of working with third wave CBT methods such as mindfulness and acceptance and commitment therapy. I have run groups specialising in treating OCD and depression. Prior to CBT, I worked as a social worker with refugees and asylum seekers and have a keen interest in therapy with people from different cultural backgrounds.

I have an empathic and caring approach. My main hope is for people to improve the quality of their lives through their therapy. I provide CBT for panic disorder, social anxiety, low self esteem, PTSD, OCD, depression, anxiety, phobias and work stress.

I have am qualified to supervise both qualified and trainee CBT therapists and this means I understand the challenges of learning a new skill such as CBT itself. I am fully accredited by the BABCP, fully insured and DBS clearance.
