My name is Bina and I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Psychotherapist, working in Gravesend, Kent DA12. I also provide CBT online via Skype and video link.

I am a qualified CBT therapist and obtained a post graduate Diploma for CBT in January 2018. I have also had training so I can work with people who have long-term health conditions.

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and have worked with a wide range of issues; such as Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, OCD, Social Anxiety, PTSD, Health Anxiety, Low Self-Esteem, and many more areas of mental health.

My aim is to listen, provide a safe environment and to support and help my clients to overcome challenging times, whilst also providing them with the tools to be able to overcome the challenges they experience in their day-to-day lives.
