I am Jaime, CBT and EMDR psychotherapist, Mental Health Nurse and Teacher.

I work regularly and specialise in PTSD, trauma, performance difficulties and OCD. Although, my passion is about tailoring treatment to people’s unique needs, values and goals. I do this solely online in my private practice. I believe online therapy gives people the flexibility access therapy as and when needed.

Among many interventions, I regularly use in my practice imaginary skills and interventions. These are used in childhood trauma, OCD, social anxiety, memory re-scripting, and within many other interventions.

I have done workshops in Compassion Therapy, DBT, Anger, Sleep among other non-CBT related areas.
