My name is Jeanette and I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Psychotherapist, working in Brentwood, Essex CM14. I also provide CBT online via Skype and video link.

My core professional is as an Occupational Therapist which I work part time (3 days per week). I am currently the Therapy Lead for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapist and Rehab Assistants at an In-patient unit.

I qualified as a CBT Therapist in 2011 working with people with long term conditions whilst training. I later worked for IAPT for almost 2 years receiving extensive in-house training. I also worked for IESO digital health for a year who provided referrals for NHS clients working on-line only.

I have had a private CBT practice since being BABCP Accredited in 2016. I do this 2 days per week.

I also receive self-referrals directly through my website. I provide treatment for all primary anxiety and depressive disorders.

I do have a special interest in couples/relationship therapy but although I have provided therapy for one half a of a couple often, I have not treated a couple together. I have attended CPD and also special interest groups re relationship therapy.
