Whatever difficulties you are facing you are not alone. My name is Julia Donald and I’m a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). I am here to listen, support and guide you. A happy, fulfilling life doesn’t happen by accident.
During the therapeutic process you learn new insights about yourself, your relationships and your life. You change and evolve as a person, confronting issues you once didn’t feel able to, in a confidential, supported, safe environment. You bridge the gap between the life you have now and the life you want.
Therapy sessions can be done either online using Zoom or by telephone. I am accredited by the BABCP as a CBT Psychotherapist and I have completed specialised Psychotherapy training accredited by ACTO and the BACP in working with clients online and over the phone.
