My name is Kathy and I am an experienced CBT therapist, supervisor and trainer, as well as a clinical nurse specialist. My weekly clinics are held in West Wickham, BR4 and Beckenham BR3 in Kent. I also provide CBT online via Skype and video link.

I am experienced in working with depression, anxiety, panic and other anxiety disorders and also have many years of experience working with people with long term conditions and advanced illness.

I am very professional, warm and empathic, with a proven record working with people of all ages. I am an experienced trainer and teach and supervise students learning CBT at all levels including post-graduate trainees, so I am used to working with complex issues.
