My name is Maria Gema Glover and I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Psychotherapist, working in South Woodford, London, E18 and Chelmsford (Essex) CM1. I also provide CBT online via Skype and video link.

I worked for a charity for 16 years. I started from a trainee position, I worked in different capacities all the way up to becoming a Clinical Manager. I completed my post graduate in CBT in 2012. When the charity closed I worked for the NHS as a Step 3 worker working with clients with a variety of complex anxiety disorders and depression.

I have always been interested in people. I have a compassionate and caring nature that I try to apply to the job that I do, in terms of facilitating a process whereby people feel safe enough to develop a therapeutic relationship where their belief system can be challenged and introduced new techniques and strategies to improve their mood and reduce their anxiety.
