My name is Rebecca Hampson and I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and fully qualified Person Centred Counsellor. I cover West Malling, Kent ME19 and I provide CBT online via Skype and video link.

I have over 6 years’ experience in the treatment of a wide range of complex psychological, behavioural and emotional problems and I have worked in several settings including IAPT (Improving Access To Psychological Therapies) and for the well-known organisation Mind.

My primary interests are in the treatment of anxiety disorders such as OCD, Social Anxiety and Panic disorder. I work with adults, adolescents and couples.

I abide by the professional and ethical standards laid down by the BABCP and I have full professional indemnity and current DBS clearance.
