My name is Toyin and I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Psychotherapist, working in Windsor, SL4 and Marlow SL7, Berkshire. I also provide CBT online via Skype and video link.

I have about 30 years of experience as a Mental Health Professional (since 1990) with about 12 years’ experience of Supervised Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT) practice.

In my professional and personal sojourn, I have over the years made myself into a dynamic, self-motivated and vibrant practitioner with exemplary and diverse skills through relentless educational and experiential pursuits. I have practiced as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist in the NHS and in Private Settings for over 7 years.

I strongly believe CBT can be used to manage problems emanating from diverse emotional difficulties which is evidenced from research and in my own professional practice.
