My name is Tracey and I’m a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Psychotherapist and Person-Centred Counsellor based in Maidstone, Kent. I also provide CBT online via Skype and video link.
I have over 15 years’ experience working with a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties and have worked in both NHS mental health services, custodial settings and private practice.
My main specialties are in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder and Specific Phobias).
